International Shipping Policy
Shipping From Ghana
Every Snaq Creations piece is thoughtfully prepared and shipped Monday to Friday from Accra, Ghana to international destinations via DHL.
International shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are communicated after an order is placed. We take great care in ensuring each order is handled with attention and precision.

Processing & Delivery Time
To maintain the quality and finish of our handcrafted pieces, please allow 7–10 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification confirming shipment. A final update will be sent once your package has departed Ghana.
Kindly note:
- Processing time is separate from shipping time
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Most international orders arrive within 5 business days after dispatch
Delivery & Courier Information
Once your order is handed over to DHL Ghana, delivery timelines are managed by the courier. While delays are rare, they may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical disruptions.
Please be aware that:
- All shipping-related costs, including re-delivery or return shipping, are the responsibility of the customer
- Address changes requested after dispatch may attract additional shipping charges
- Abandoned or refused packages are not eligible for refunds
- Packages returned due to missed delivery attempts or failure to collect from DHL may incur additional shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping details are accurate at checkout
Taxes & Customs Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees in accordance with your country’s regulations.
These charges:
- Are not included in your Snaq Creations invoice
- Are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Will be collected by the courier upon delivery
- For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Snaq Creations, quality and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your purchase to request a return or exchange.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Items must be returned in secure, protective packaging
- The original invoice must be included
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- To begin a return or exchange, simply email us with your order details and reason for the request.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made pieces
- Discounted or sale items
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
